People often ask whether our rose bears are made of real roses, so here is the straight answer. Our rose bears are made of synthetic foam roses, shaped one by one into a bear. Some designs also hold a single real preserved rose in the middle, like a small heart.

Why foam roses?

A bear needs to hold its shape for a long time, sitting on a shelf or a nightstand, without water and without wilting. Foam roses do that well. They keep their color, they don't need care, and the bear stays soft and full instead of drying out. We would rather tell you exactly what you're buying than call it something it isn't.

Rose bear or rose box?

If you want real roses, choose a rose box. Our boxes are filled with real preserved roses that last up to 3 years with proper care. If you want something playful that makes people smile the second the box opens, choose a bear. You can also send both: our bundles put a bear and a rose box together.
