Yes. We offer local delivery across Miami and Broward, seven days a week from 9 AM to 10 PM. Same-day delivery is subject to stock, preparation time and delivery availability. Check your address and available delivery date in cart.

For fresh flowers, order by 4:30 PM Monday–Saturday or 12:30 PM Sunday (Eastern Time). Arrangements marked for advance reservation require extra notice. All other products, including preserved roses, rose bears, balloons and gifts, are available until 9 PM (Eastern Time) for local same-day delivery. Check the available delivery date in cart; stock and delivery availability apply.

Yes, curbside pickup is available at 51 SW 11th St, Miami, FL 33130. Our studio is not open to walk-in visits.

Yes. Preserved roses, rose boxes, rose bears and select gifts ship across the USA for a $20 flat rate and arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Fresh flowers are local delivery only. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

Yes. Select your greeting card and enter your personal message when choosing the product options. Your message is included with your order.

Our preserved roses can last up to three years with proper care. They are real roses treated to retain their appearance. Fresh flowers have a shorter lifespan and need different care.

Keep preserved roses in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity, ideally between 60 and 75 °F. Do not water them or place items on the blooms. Handle them gently and follow our care instructions.

No. Preserved roses do not need water or trimming. Keep them in their original arrangement. This applies to preserved roses only; fresh flowers need appropriate water and care.

Keep fresh flowers cool and away from direct sunlight, heat and air vents. For roses in a vase, replace the water every two days and add flower food if provided. For flowers arranged in a box, follow the instructions supplied with your arrangement. See our fresh flower care guide.

Our rose bears are made of synthetic foam roses, so they keep their shape and color. Some designs have one preserved rose in the center.

Our preserved arrangements are lightly scented. If you prefer an unscented arrangement, contact us about your preference before ordering. The scent may fade over time.

In Miami we offer white glove delivery with the Rose Boxes hand-delivered in a gift bag.

We advise against removing the roses from their box, as they are arranged to remain preserved and beautiful throughout their lifespan. Removing them may lead to damage and shorten their longevity.
