At Madame De Fleur, every order is delivered with care, precision and attention to detail.

Same-Day Delivery in Miami and Broward
We offer same-day delivery 7 days a week across Miami and Broward, from our studio in Brickell. Local delivery reaches up to 65 miles from the studio, based on availability and the delivery schedule.

Fresh Flowers: Same-Day Cutoff
Everything in the Fresh Flowers collection is made to order and available for same-day delivery in Miami and Broward with these cutoff times:

  • Monday to Saturday: order by 4:30 PM Eastern Time for same-day delivery
  • Sunday: order by 12:30 PM Eastern Time for same-day delivery

Orders placed after the cutoff are delivered on the next available delivery day, so every arrangement arrives fresh. Preserved roses, rose bears, balloons and gifts can be ordered for same-day delivery all day, based on availability. Fresh arrangements are available for local delivery only and do not ship nationwide.

Nationwide Shipping in the USA
We ship preserved roses, rose bears and select non-perishable gifts across the United States for a $20 flat rate.

  • Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.
  • We do not currently ship to Hawaii or Alaska, or internationally.
  • Tracking information is sent once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Fees
Complimentary delivery is available within a 3-mile radius of our studio or on orders of $500 or more. Delivery fees outside this radius are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Hours
Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless arranged in advance.

Curbside Pickup
Our studio is not open to the public, but curbside pickup is available at 51 SW 11th St, Miami, FL 33130.

Delivery Conditions
If the recipient is unavailable, orders may be left in a secure location, with a concierge, or at the front desk when appropriate. Madame De Fleur is not responsible for items once delivery has been completed.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure all delivery information is accurate. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
