As soon as your order comes in, we review everything you chose: the arrangement, the colors, your personal message and the delivery details. The little things matter from the very beginning, so we make sure we understand exactly what you want before we touch a single flower.

Every flower is chosen by hand

Roses are at the heart of what we do, but they are not all we do. Whatever goes into your arrangement, we check each stem for its condition, color and shape, then arrange everything with attention to balance. It is a simple rule we hold ourselves to: if it doesn't look like Madame De Fleur, it doesn't leave the studio.

Time is part of the craft

Some pieces take 20 minutes. Others take several hours. It depends on the arrangement, and we never rush it. Every piece gets the time and attention it needs.

The presentation matters as much as the flowers

The first thing anyone sees is the presentation, so we treat the packaging with the same care as the flowers inside. We check the box, the ribbon and every finishing touch before anything goes out the door.

One last look before it leaves

A member of our team checks every delivery before it leaves the studio, making sure the arrangement and the order details are exactly right. Then it is on its way across Miami and Broward between 9 AM and 10 PM, or to a doorstep across the country if you chose nationwide shipping for preserved roses.
